Our approach is first to seek to understand your business drivers and desired business outcomes and then prioritize those needs with our solution experts while also leveraging relationships with our Global Alliance Partners. Program details include:
- Open to portfolio companies and direct-lending clients (member companies)
- No minimum aggregate spend or commitment from private equity partners or member companies
- Strategic pricing on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis
- No benefit end date. Once in the program, member companies will also be able to leverage the program, even after IPO or divestiture.
- Option to explore bi-directional joint go-to-market partnerships with member companies as an additional manner of support for the portfolio
