Katie Ebrahimi is senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Unisys. She joined the company in April 2018.
As CHRO, she is responsible for leading and operationalizing on a global basis all of Unisys' human capital strategies including organizational design and effectiveness; associate training, evaluation and retention; leadership and career development; diversity; and talent acquisition.
A Silicon Valley native with a wealth of experience in both human resources and the information technology industry, Katie served as vice president of Human Resources, Global Delivery at DXC Technology prior to joining Unisys. Previously, she was vice president of Human Resources, Enterprise Services, Global Practices & Solutioning for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. She has also served in increasingly senior roles with Cisco Systems, Inc., Sun Microsystems, Inc. and McAfee, LLC.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from California State University, Sacramento and studied industrial and organizational psychology at San Jose State University.
